How your information is handled
Zenca collects only what is useful before an engagement, keeps it private, and designs client work so nothing personal becomes public. Working draft pending counsel review before paid launch.
What is collected
When you make a request, Zenca collects your name and contact details, the service you’re interested in, and what you’d like to explore. Optional fields (phone, dates, context) are just that — optional. Only what’s useful before the engagement is asked for.
How it’s used
Your information is used solely to respond to your request, plan and deliver the engagement, and keep necessary operational records. It is not sold, and not shared beyond what’s needed to deliver the work.
Session material & Decision Memos
Material from private sessions and any Decision Memo are treated as confidential. Client reports are never made publicly discoverable, indexable or shared by default, and are never reused as marketing without your explicit, separate permission.
Your choices
You may decline to provide information you’d rather not share, ask what is held about you, or ask for it to be removed where there is no operational or legal reason to retain it.
